What this is
Jade Dynasty Mortal is a free, privately operated Jade Dynasty server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Perfect World Entertainment or any official publisher of the game. Your account here is permission to play, and that permission can be withdrawn if these rules are broken.
Your account
One account, belonging to you. Do not sell it, trade it, rent it or share the password. Accounts caught changing hands are closed, and we do not restore characters lost that way. You are responsible for anything done with your account, so keep the password to yourself and use one you use nowhere else.
Fair play
No bots, macros or automation. No packet editing, memory editing or third-party programs that change how the client behaves. If you find a bug that gives an advantage, report it instead of using it — we would far rather reward you for it than ban you for it. Using it knowingly is treated the same as cheating.
Behaviour
Treat other players and staff decently. Harassment, threats, pretending to be staff and real-money scams get you removed. Advertising other servers in game or on our Discord is not allowed.
Staff will never ask for your password
Not in game, not on Discord, not by e-mail. Anyone who does is not staff, however convincing the name looks. We will never ask you to open a link and type your password into it.
Purchases
Anything you buy on this website is virtual and has no value outside the game. Buying it is a convenience, not an advantage you cannot otherwise reach: everything in the shop can also be earned in game. See the refund policy before you buy.
The game will change
Content, balance, rates and events change over time. Anything that materially affects accounts or purchases is announced on the news page before it takes effect.
If we get it wrong
If you believe an account action against you was a mistake, write to support@jdmortal.net from the address on the account. A human reads it.
