What you are buying
Jadens are a virtual currency that only works on this server. They have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money, and do not transfer anywhere else. Everything Jadens can buy can also be earned by playing.
Once it is spent, it is spent
Jadens that have been spent — in the shop, at the Divine Trader, on a lottery ticket or traded to another player — cannot be refunded. That is the nature of a virtual item that has already been handed over.
When we do refund
If your payment was taken and the Jadens never arrived, tell us and we will either credit them or return the money. If your account was charged by someone else without your permission, tell us immediately — we will freeze the account and investigate. If we make an error, we fix it at our cost.
Unspent balance
If you have an unspent balance and change your mind within fourteen days of the payment, write to us and we will return it. We cannot do this once the balance has been spent.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. A chargeback closes the account automatically while it is investigated, and that hurts you more than it hurts us. Almost every case is settled faster by e-mail.
