Got a problem? Start here.

  1. Cannot sign in?

    Use account recovery first — it works without staff and is the fastest path back in. Recovery mail comes only from our own domain.

  2. Game will not start?

    Read the launcher guide before reinstalling. Nearly every case is the missing DirectX runtime, and reinstalling the whole client will not fix that.

  3. Found a bug in game?

    Report it in Discord with the character name, the time and what you expected. Do not delete anything first — the record is what lets us reconstruct it.

  4. Think someone got into your account?

    Change your password immediately, then tell staff. Include when you last signed in successfully.

Conduct

Four rules for the Discord.

  1. One person, one identity. Do not trade, sell or share an account. Shared accounts are the single most common source of "I was hacked" reports that turn out not to be.

  2. Play the game as it is served. Automation, packet manipulation and knowingly exploiting broken behaviour are grounds for removal. Report a bug and it stays a bug; use it and it becomes your problem.

  3. Leave the world habitable. Harassment, impersonating staff and real-money scams are removed without negotiation.

  4. Guard your own gate. A password used anywhere else is not a password. Nearly every account theft on private servers comes from reuse, not from a broken server.
